I was born and raised in San Diego, and I bring over six years of real estate experience along with deep local knowledge of communities throughout Oceanside, Escondido, Vista, San Marcos, Carlsbad and beyond. With a Bachelor’s in Communications and an MBA from the University of San Diego, I use both strategic insight and real-world expertise to guide my clients through every step of buying or selling a home.

My Story
Hi, I’m Naomi Benitez — a San Diego native, proud Latina, mom, and bilingual real estate professional. My story starts right here in Southern California, growing up in a hardworking Mexican-American household where Spanish was my primary language and family was everything. I saw early on how meaningful it is to own a home — not just for stability, but as a symbol of pride, opportunity, and legacy.

I didn’t grow up around real estate deals or investment portfolios. What I did grow up with was grit, hustle, and the drive to create something better for my future. That drive led me to earn a Bachelor’s in Communications and pursue my MBA from the University of San Diego — all while raising a family and building my real estate career from the ground up.

Before becoming a REALTOR®, I worked in the insurance industry and with real estate investors, gaining insight into risk management, long-term planning, and what truly makes a smart investment. But what I loved most was helping people — especially first-time buyers who just needed someone patient, transparent, and honest to guide them. So I leaned in and never looked back.

Today, I help home buyers and sellers across San Diego County — especially in communities like Oceanside, Escondido, Vista, and San Marcos, Fallbrook and Carlsbad. I’m passionate about supporting first-time buyers, and I specialize in helping Hispanic families who want to work with someone who understands both the culture and the language.
